When you fill out our quote form, message us on Facebook, or call or text us, we may collect:

- Your mobile number
- Your email address, if you give it to us
- Details about your vehicle and the service you're after
- Anything else you tell us while we're arranging your quote or booking
Why we collect it
We use your information to give you a quote, get in touch about your enquiry or booking, and carry out the detailing service you've asked for. If you've ticked the box to receive text messages, we'll also send you SMS updates about your quote and booking. You can reply STOP to any of our texts at any time to opt out.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We use GoHighLevel, a customer management platform, to store enquiries and run our booking and follow-up messages, so your details are held securely with them on our behalf. Parts of this site also use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and GoHighLevel's own embedded tools, and interacting with those is subject to their own privacy policies:

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and for reasonable business record keeping, such as for past customers we may follow up with about future details.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including relying on GoHighLevel's own security measures for anything stored on their platform.
