These terms cover using this website and booking a detail with Aussie Auto Styling (Aussie Auto Styling LQ, ABN 26 702 337 820), operated by Luke Quigg in Townsville, Queensland. By getting in touch through this site or booking a detail, you're agreeing to these terms.

Quotes

Quotes given over the phone, by text, or through the website form are estimates based on what you've told us about your vehicle. The final price is confirmed once Luke's seen the car in person, condition can affect the price.

Bookings

Booking a time is subject to availability and is confirmed directly by Luke, by phone or text. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer that time to someone else.

Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking, arranged directly with Luke. The remaining balance is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

Your vehicle

Please point out any pre-existing damage, warning lights, or mechanical issues before work begins. Aussie Auto Styling isn't responsible for pre-existing wear, damage, or mechanical faults that aren't caused by the detailing work itself.

Photos

Luke may take photos of vehicles for quality checks and to show off finished work on the website and social media. We won't publish anything that identifies you personally without your OK first.

Liability

We carry out every detail with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, if something does go wrong, our liability is limited to having the affected part of the service redone or refunding what you paid for it, whichever we choose.

Using this website

Everything on this site is general information about our services. We try to keep prices, services, and details accurate and up to date, but they can change, always confirm specifics with Luke directly before booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
